IT Services Manager

About the role

The IT Services Manager will lead the delivery and operation of IT services for Precision Drilling’s Middle East operations. Reporting to regional leadership, the role ensures a reliable, secure technology environment that supports business performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for the region, handling incidents, service requests and escalations.
• Manage regional IT infrastructure, networks, end‑user devices, field systems and connectivity.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity standards, access controls, software licensing compliance and IT governance.
• Lead vendor and telecommunications provider relationships, overseeing procurement, asset lifecycle and service contracts.
• Partner with business leaders and global IT teams to deliver projects, infrastructure upgrades, budgeting initiatives and continuous service improvements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations or technical support, with proven leadership of teams, vendors or projects.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
