Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join the vibrant team at Banana Island Resort Doha and create memorable experiences for young guests in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. As a Kids Club Attendant you will support the Entertainment & Recreation Manager in delivering high‑quality child‑tending services throughout the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, hazard‑free play area and continuously monitor children.
• Clean and sanitize toys, games, and equipment on a regular basis.
• Record daily details for each child, including activities, meals, medications, and any special needs, and communicate with parents.
• Develop and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans that encourage participation in reading, arts & crafts, music, and games.
• Assist children with learning activities and ensure a loving, patient attitude.
• Handle administrative duties such as signing children in/out and complying with health, safety, and security procedures.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or difficult situations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant or similar child‑care role.
• Friendly, engaging personality with a caring and compassionate approach.
• Patience, strong listening skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
