Kitchen Cleaner – Full‑Time/Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Cleaner to join our Indian restaurant in Mahboula. The position can be taken on a full‑time or part‑time basis, depending on the candidate’s availability. The successful candidate will report to the kitchen manager and collaborate closely with the culinary team. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen area to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils daily.
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling according to health‑safety regulations.
• Maintain floor cleanliness, mop and sweep as needed.
• Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with local food‑safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues in the kitchen area.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting moderate loads.
• Baladiya (residence) card is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitising techniques.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment.
