Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kuwait, responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities for a leading dairy producer. The role ensures inbound and outbound shipments are managed efficiently, stock movements are monitored, and dairy products are distributed timely to various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate transportation schedules.
• Monitor stock movements, maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including handling, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Collaborate with production, sales and supply‑chain teams to optimise delivery routes and reduce delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and maintain logistics documentation and reports.
• Assist in continuous improvement of logistics procedures and support administrative logistics tasks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proven knowledge of logistics and supply‑chain management, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems and basic data analysis.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kuwait and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
