Logistics Supervisor for 3PL Delivery Operations

About the role
The company is a growing third‑party logistics (3PL) provider looking for a Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations. You will coordinate a team of riders, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain smooth workflow across the hub.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with riders on daily tasks and routes.
- Monitor rider performance, provide guidance and corrective actions.
- Maintain and organize rider documents, records, and compliance checks.
- Prepare and update operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Resolve workflow issues promptly to keep deliveries on schedule.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Quick thinking and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to manage and guide a team of riders effectively.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
What we offer
- Starting salary of 250 KWD per month.
- Full‑time position with regular working hours (9 am – 7 pm).
- One day off per week.
