Night Toolpusher – Onshore Land Rigs (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Night Toolpushers to manage onshore land rigs during night shifts in Kuwait. The role involves supporting the Senior Toolpusher in overseeing all operational functions of the rig while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Toolpusher in directing rig operations during night tours.
• Ensure compliance with strict safety protocols and best practices.
• Oversee drilling activities, well control, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor and manage rig crew performance to maintain effective operations.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with other rig personnel to optimise drilling performance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all rig activities.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and drills as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Night Toolpusher or Toolpusher on deep‑drilling land rigs.
• Experience with rigs of 2500 HP or higher.
• Valid Well Control certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Commitment to safety and proactive hazard identification.
