Operations Coordinator – Education Network

About the role

We are looking for a professional and motivated Operations Coordinator to support daily operations across our school network. The role ensures smooth coordination between academic, operations and support teams while maintaining efficient administrative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, solution‑oriented attitude and take ownership of tasks.
• Coordinate schedules, tasks and follow‑ups between academic, operations and support departments.
• Execute administrative duties accurately and support continuous process improvements.
• Ensure documentation and communication are precise and delivered on time.
• Communicate clearly with staff, parents and students, building strong relationships.
• Adopt new digital tools and systems, with a willingness to learn AI‑based applications.

Required profile

• 10 years of general work experience (any sector).
• Age between 35 and 45 years.
• Background in administration, operations support or service roles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Stable, responsible and seeking long‑term career growth.
• Valid driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools.
