Operations Lead – Kuwait

About the role

The Operations Lead will ensure that customers receive continuous support while field specialists deliver projects safely, accurately and efficiently. Reporting to the International Operations Manager, you will coordinate project distribution, resource deployment and logistics across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Receive proposals from Technical Sales, Safety and Engineering teams and allocate them to field specialists.
• Handle service requests from client sites, liaise with sales, and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with sales and engineering to secure tools, identify constraints and set priorities.
• Organize field specialist deployment to maximise efficiency, promote development, maintain safety and balance workloads.
• Implement and improve logistics processes from workshop to job execution, collaborating on proposal changes when needed.
• Review field tickets and paperwork for accuracy.
• Assist clients and field specialists in problem‑solving and provide feedback to managers.
• Participate in NCR and FTR processes, offering input to engineers.
• Promote Packers Plus safety standards and ensure all certifications are up to date.
• Enforce safety standards, attend daily safety meetings and work with the inventory manager on documentation compliance.
• Host technical presentations to support product lines within operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in field and workshop environments.
• Previous oil and gas experience is mandatory.
• Strong field knowledge and understanding of project constraints.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 on‑call schedule and undertake extended driving periods.
• Current health passport with up‑to‑date vaccinations.
