About the role
We are seeking a motivated Operations Team Member to support our daily business activities in Sharq, Kuwait. The role involves coordinating inventory, monitoring system processes and ensuring smooth workflow across internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks and follow‑up on inventory movements.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to track and resolve issues.
- Monitor and maintain operational systems and workflows.
- Support the Operations Team in reporting and documentation.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently under pressure.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Organized, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to follow up on tasks.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of operational workflows and inventory management processes.
- Familiarity with business systems used for tracking operations.
What we offer
- Full‑time permanent position.
- Salary of 300 KWD.
