Oracle EBS Solution Architect (Kuwait)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Oracle E‑Business Suite modules in Kuwait. The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to translate complex business needs into standard EBS functionality and to act as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Define technical architecture, data models and integration strategies for EBS modules such as GL, AP, AR, PO and others.
• Business Alignment: Analyse complex business requirements and convert them into functional system specifications while minimising custom development (RICE objects) in favour of standard functionality.
• Project Leadership: Manage end‑to‑end implementation lifecycles, upgrades and migrations, including data conversion and system testing.
• System Optimisation: Oversee performance tuning, log analysis and troubleshooting of mission‑critical EBS environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between IT teams and business executives to ensure project deliverables align with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle EBS solutions.
• Strong ability to analyse business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing full‑cycle EBS projects, upgrades or migrations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business leaders.
