Ordering Analyst

About the role

The Ordering Analyst will manage automotive vehicle order guides, prepare specification summaries and act as the main liaison with suppliers to resolve logistical issues. The role ensures all vehicle orders are placed on time, oversees costing and claiming processes, and supports pricing and specification efforts for retail, fleet and tender projects.

Key responsibilities

• Break down vehicle order guides into Excel summaries for each trim level and model.
• Communicate with manufacturers to resolve system issues and guarantee orders follow set guidelines.
• Track order build and shipment timelines, ensuring compliance with agreed schedules.
• Research new product launches and monitor slow‑moving variants, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct product orientation and training for Ordering Officers.
• Prepare VOG, PEG and summary reports and present recommendations to management.
• Manage the OWN portal, order configuration, placement and Kerridge Franchise data entry.
• Create and distribute specification documents in Word and Excel formats.
• Execute special orders with high accuracy and provide product information to fleet, marketing and social media teams.
• Support claim and support processes with General Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with the new‑car automotive business.
• Mature, dependable, self‑starter with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
