Part Time Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Part‑Time Auditor to join our logistics and freight forwarding team in Farwaniya. The role focuses on reviewing financial and operational documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Examine financial records, invoices, and operational documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and apply relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Identify risks, recommend internal controls, and prepare clear audit reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve audit findings.
• Manage multiple audit assignments and meet set deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., internal audit or accounting) are a plus.
• Prior auditing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet and office software, especially Excel.
• Experience using ERP or TMS systems for data analysis.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation such as bills of lading, airway bills, and customs forms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for report preparation.
