Parts Supervisor – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

Responsible for all sales activities and retail standards in the assigned parts location. Supervises the retail sales team and supports achievement of profitability and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
• Work closely with the BTB teams to ensure speedy parts availability in liaison with warehouse and inventory teams.
• Develop good relationships with existing and potential customers to meet sales targets and ensure consistent long‑term business.
• Visit potential and existing garage customers for new business opportunities.
• Review sales plans to ensure alignment to sales targets and work towards meeting them.
• Responsible for sales volume, value and contribution margin.
• Maintain the retail standards and ensure upkeep of showroom displays and housekeeping.
• Review pricing and look for opportunities to improve gross margin, recommending actions to the inventory team.
• Recommend stocking specific parts based on customer requirements and demand patterns.
• Track competitor activities and market developments to initiate proactive actions using market intelligence.
• Maintain discipline in work timings and follow policies and control processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience with multilingual (English/Arabic) ability.
• Proven supervisory experience in automotive spare parts.
• Self‑starter with initiative and drive.
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Degree preferred.
