Admission Officer

About the role

The Admission Officer is the human face of CODED, guiding prospective students and parents from first contact through enrolment. This advisory‑sales role blends relationship building with closing competence to match candidates with the right tech and AI programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advisory calls and in‑person consultations, understand backgrounds and goals, and recommend suitable programmes.
• Manage the full funnel: respond to inbound inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social, email and walk‑ins, and run outbound outreach to warm leads, wait‑lists and lapsed applicants.
• Maintain the CRM with accurate contact details, stages, notes and next actions; report pipeline status to the Marketing Manager.
• Handle objections around price, time and capability, and close enrolments while ensuring a frictionless registration and payment process.

Required profile

• 2+ years in sales, admissions, customer advisory or a client‑facing role with targets.
• Strong sales charisma and genuine closing ability without high‑pressure tactics.
• Advisory instinct: listen first, recommend honestly, and avoid overselling.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; native Kuwaiti accent is a plus.
• Basic technical literacy about programming, AI, cybersecurity and data careers.
• Comfortable using AI tools and a CRM; disciplined follow‑up and available for evenings/weekends.
• Valid driving licence.
