Part‑time Warehouse Manager (Construction Materials)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Warehouse Manager to lead our Shuwaikh facility. The role involves overseeing the receipt, storage and dispatch of construction materials, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, storing and shipping of construction products.
• Organise stock locations, monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Supervise and allocate work for warehouse staff, enforce safety, housekeeping and regulatory compliance.
• Support periodic stock counts, optimise space utilisation and drive process improvements to reduce losses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions using basic ERP or inventory systems.

Required profile

• Strong background in stock and inventory control, preferably within construction materials or a similar sector.
• Experience supervising or managing warehouse personnel.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• High school diploma; technical or logistics‑related certification is a plus.
