Physical Therapist Floater – Outpatient Therapy

About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Floater for our Outpatient Therapy department. The role operates within the Therapy Central Office, working day shifts from 8 am to 5 pm, and provides flexible coverage across multiple outpatient clinics. The therapist will serve a complex patient population, delivering independent, accountable care while supporting departmental growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions to patients of varying ages.
• Provide float coverage across outpatient therapy locations as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and department improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Active Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience or successful completion of facility competencies for a Staff Therapist II.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
• Commitment to delivering age‑appropriate care for a diverse patient base.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
