Physical Therapist I – Full-time

About the role

The Physical Therapist I provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population within the BTC Saddlecreek department. The position works Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM with flexible scheduling and is authorized for 80 hours bi‑weekly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic care appropriate to patients of all ages, demonstrating proficiency in physical therapy techniques.
• Maintain a consistent day shift schedule while accommodating flexible work‑hour arrangements.
• Support professional and departmental growth through continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required profile

• Valid Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
• Meet all Level I career‑ladder requirements.
