About the role

The Physical Therapist I provides autonomous, accountable care to a complex patient population within the BTC Saddlecreek department. The position works Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM with flexible scheduling and is authorized for 80 hours bi‑weekly.

Key responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic care appropriate to patients of all ages, demonstrating proficiency in physical therapy techniques.
Maintain a consistent day shift schedule while accommodating flexible work‑hour arrangements.
Support professional and departmental growth through continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required profile

Valid Arkansas State Board license in Physical Therapy.
BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
CPR certification (can be obtained after hire).
Meet all Level I career‑ladder requirements.
