Pre‑Sale Electrical Engineer – Sales Support (Kuwait)

About the role

The company, a leading trading and engineering firm in Kuwait, is looking for a precision‑focused Pre‑Sale Electrical Engineer to provide sales support. The role involves technical compliance, estimation, and coordination with international manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse tender documents, project drawings and technical appendices.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities by listing items from project scopes.
• Coordinate with international manufacturers to verify specifications, capacities and lead times.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements and technical proposals.
• Attend technical clarification meetings with clients to support sales.
• Identify and report missing critical fields or technical risks early in the bidding cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in pre‑sales, technical estimation or system integration within the electrical trading or contracting sector in the Gulf.
• Strong ability to read electrical single‑line diagrams, schematic drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict project deadlines.
• Current residence in Kuwait with a transferable visa (Article 18).
