Production Coordinator (Kuwait)

About the role

BrandAid Marketing Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join its Kuwait team. You will be responsible for managing production projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and project requirements from brief to delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers, production teams, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Track materials, production status, deliveries, and outstanding actions.
• Identify production issues early and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain accurate production and project documentation.
• Support costing, quotations, purchase orders, and production follow‑up when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production coordination, POSM, retail marketing, advertising production, exhibitions, fabrication, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Kuwait‑based candidates are preferred.
