About the role
Kuwait Packing Materials Manufacturing Co (KPAK) is seeking a Production Engineer to support and manage its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and contributing to smooth day‑to‑day operations on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and optimise production workflows to maximise efficiency.
- Maintain and enforce quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that affect production output.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering).
- At least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing environments, preferred.
- Strong technical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting.
