Project Supervisor

About the role

The Project Supervisor will ensure the smooth execution of construction and design projects, coordinating teams, resources, and client expectations from planning through final hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, resource allocations and timelines.
• Coordinate labour requirements, supervise foremen, technicians and on‑site installation teams.
• Monitor progress to ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, building codes, regulations and contract specifications.
• Conduct onsite visits, verify measurements, and review technical kitchen drawings, blueprints and 3D layouts.
• Prepare budget estimates, RFPs and assist in bid solicitation and contract administration.
• Present design concepts to clients, manage revisions and maintain clear communication throughout the project.
• Oversee delivery logistics for cabinetry, appliances and materials, and conduct final inspections to resolve any snagging issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar project supervision or construction coordination role.
• Strong problem‑solving, teamwork and communication abilities.
