About the role
Career Hunters is seeking a Property Supervisor to lead property supervision and rental operations across the MENA region from its base in Kuwait City. The role combines leasing, maintenance, and reporting responsibilities to ensure a high‑performing property portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Advertise vacant units and manage the full leasing cycle, from tenant sourcing to lease signing.
- Negotiate lease terms, enforce contractual obligations, and handle lease renewals.
- Maintain and secure premises, coordinating routine maintenance and security measures.
- Prepare regular performance and financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure that all property requirements are met efficiently and in compliance with regional regulations.
Required profile
- 7–8 years of experience in real‑estate or property management within the MENA region.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred).
- Male candidates are preferred.
