About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to support our retail operations in Sharq, Kuwait. The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
- Negotiate terms and prices with vendors to achieve best value.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan purchases.
Required profile
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Valid Article 18 transferable visa.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Local resident of Kuwait.
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience; fashion industry experience is a plus.
