Recruiter – Full-time HR role in Kuwait

About the role

The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Zaleej Real Estate Company and its affiliated entities, covering construction site, technical, property management and corporate positions. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, the role ensures timely, compliant hiring in line with Kuwait Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy request to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and realistic timelines.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies, publish job ads across job boards, LinkedIn, social media and WhatsApp.
• Source candidates via direct search, referrals, agencies and talent pools; screen, interview and assess applicants.
• Organise interviews, assessments and provide selection recommendations to management.
• Conduct reference checks, verify qualifications and prepare offer letters.
• Coordinate pre-joining requirements such as visa, work permit and residency formalities.
• Maintain candidate databases and ATS (Airtable, Workable, LinkedIn) and produce recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in Kuwait or the GCC.
• Working knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law (Law No. 6 of 2010) and related work‑permit procedures.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with ability to handle high volumes of CVs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate databases (e.g., Airtable, Workable, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
