Registered Nurse – 3rd Floor Rehab (Day Shift)

About the role

Baptist Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the 3rd Floor Rehabilitation unit on a day shift. The RN will deliver safe, therapeutic care using the nursing process and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with Baptist Health policies and standards.
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical competence to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and support staff.
• Participate in unit-specific education and specialty training as required.
• Adhere to a 72‑hour bi‑weekly schedule, working from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Required profile

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Active Arkansas nursing license; BSN preferred.
• Not currently enrolled in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (CPR, ACLS, PALS, NALS) with training provided.

Required skills

• CPR certification (required).
