Registered Nurse – Flex/Resource Team

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will join Baptist Health's Flex/Resource Team, providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care across specialty units. This day‑shift position works from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, with a bi‑weekly schedule of 72 authorized hours.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and clinical judgment to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical competence in fast‑paced environments.
• Float within your primary specialty or across campuses within a 50‑mile radius as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to work day shifts and float across locations.

Required skills

• Current Healthcare CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS certifications (training provided).
