Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our branches in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing the team, and ensuring financial targets are met. This is a full‑time, on‑site position for an immediate joiner.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.
• Achieve sales targets while controlling food, labour and operating costs.
• Lead, schedule, train and retain the branch team.
• Maintain brand standards, hygiene, food safety and service quality.
• Manage stock, ordering and supplier coordination.
• Own the guest experience, handle escalations and respond to online reviews.
• Report daily performance and action plans to the Area Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a restaurant branch, preferably in Kuwait or the Gulf region.
• Strong numerical skills with a focus on sales, food cost and labour cost.
• Proven ability to lead and retain a full branch team.
• Solid knowledge of Kuwait food safety and hygiene standards.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Kuwait with a valid residency and ready to join immediately.
