About the role
The Sales Assistant drives sales and creates a welcoming environment, ensuring a positive customer experience in a fashion retail setting.
Key responsibilities
- Create a positive first impression for customers, greet them with a smile and thank them on exit.
- Provide product information, assist in fitting rooms, follow up promptly and aim to increase sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize displays, operate the cash wrap efficiently and capture customer data.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- 1-2 years of fashion retail sales experience.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for at least 8 hours.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
