RN Flex Team – Night Shift

About the role

The RN Flex Team position is a night‑shift nursing role within Baptist Health's Resource Team. You will provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while utilizing the nursing process and ongoing training.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care during the night shift (6:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) following Baptist Health protocols.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Float within your specialty or across campuses within a 50‑mile radius as needed.
• Maintain a bi‑weekly schedule of 72 authorized work hours.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
• At least 18 months of RN experience and one year in the specialty you will be assigned to.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to float between specialties or campuses.

Required skills

• Healthcare CPR certification (required).
• ACLS certification (training provided where needed).
• PALS certification (training provided where needed).
• NALS certification (training provided where needed).
