Room Reservation Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Room Reservation Agent to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton in Kuwait City. The role involves handling reservation enquiries, ensuring accurate booking information, and delivering excellent service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax or email.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Enter reservation data accurately into the reservation system, including special codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale bookings.
• Document and accommodate special requests, answer questions about hotel facilities and services, and follow sales techniques to maximise revenue.
• Escalate guest concerns according to established procedures and maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and clear, courteous communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time and follow company policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a reservation system.
