Sales and Tendering Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Tendering & Sales Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end quotation and tender process for IT and general infrastructure solutions. The role is execution‑focused, requiring you to turn RFQs into complete, compliant proposals without relying on other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFQs/RFPs, extract technical and commercial requirements, and prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, and compliance sheets.
• Manage the full tender submission process, covering both technical and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with OEM partners such as Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, and Schneider Electric to obtain pricing, datasheets, and technical confirmations.
• Design practical solutions across IT equipment (networking, servers, storage), generators, UPS & batteries, compressors, and other electrical/mechanical assets.
• Ensure all submissions meet tender specifications and Kuwaiti regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in tendering, pre‑sales, or quotation preparation.
• Proven ability to handle tenders independently from start to finish.
• Experience working with OEMs such as Cisco, Lenovo, NetApp, or Schneider Electric.
• Understanding of mixed‑scope projects that combine IT, electrical, and mechanical components.
