About the role
The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales through excellent customer service and deep product knowledge of perfumes. You will greet customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting perfume products.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and a pleasant atmosphere.
- Operate the POS and billing counter efficiently.
- Protect the confidentiality of sales figures.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in perfume retail.
- Arab nationality (as specified).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Professional grooming and appearance.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
Required skills
- POS system operation
- Cash handling
