About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales through excellent customer service and deep product knowledge of perfumes. You will greet customers, help them find the right products, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in selecting perfume products.
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Operate the POS and billing counter efficiently.
Protect the confidentiality of sales figures.
Adhere to all company policies and regulations.

Required profile

1‑2 years of experience in perfume retail.
Arab nationality (as specified).
Both male and female candidates are welcome.
Professional grooming and appearance.
Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.

POS system operation
Cash handling
