Sales Associate – Retail Customer Service

About the role

The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience, while performing operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in selecting products, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales.
• Maintain store visual standards, ensure stock is displayed according to layout norms, and follow VM guidelines.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers), issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Record inventory movements, monitor stock loss, and adhere to loss‑prevention and SOP policies.
• Maintain security vigilance, confidentiality of sales figures, and comply with company selling guidelines (GUEST).

Required profile

• Presentable and well‑groomed at all times.
• Flexible to work extended hours, varied shifts, and overtime during sales periods.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge with ability to suggestively sell.
• Understanding of the company’s selling methodology (GUEST).
