Business Development Partner – Talent Intelligence Tech

About the role

Routed AI is expanding its commercial footprint in Kuwait and seeks a senior Business Development Partner to sell its talent intelligence platform to consulting firms, professional services companies, and large enterprises. The role is fully remote but based in Kuwait City, and compensation is driven by commission on closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close new customers across consulting firms, professional services firms, and mid‑to‑large enterprises in Kuwait.
• Sell to senior decision‑makers such as Partners, COOs, Strategy Heads, and Workforce Leaders.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations from start to finish.
• Leverage existing relationships to generate pipeline from day one and position Routed AI as an indispensable intelligence layer.
• Act as a trusted advisor, share market feedback, and help refine product positioning for the Kuwait market.

Required profile

• Senior professional with around 15 years of experience in enterprise or professional‑services sales, or equivalent advisory roles.
• Proven commercial accountability and a track record of winning new clients or expanding existing relationships.
• Existing relationships with strategy, workforce, or HR leaders at consulting firms or large enterprises in Kuwait.
• Based in Kuwait City and willing to travel within Kuwait as needed.
