Sales Designer

About the role

The Sales Designer will lead the full client journey, from the first consultation through to project closure, delivering tailored interior and furniture solutions. This role blends creative design expertise with a strong commercial focus to secure high‑value contracts while ensuring a premium client experience. You will work closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, translate their needs into design concepts, and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end client journey, from initial consultation to closing.
• Conduct lifestyle analysis and provide bespoke design consultations.
• Support the sales process and secure contracts for high‑value projects.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are technically manufacturable.
• Maintain premium standards of client experience and oversee project follow‑through.

Required profile

• Background in interior design, architecture, or furniture sales.
• Preferably an interior designer, architect, or experienced furniture sales professional.
• Residency in Kuwait.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and sales teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to premium client service.
