Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the full range of the company's products to assigned customers. The role includes gathering market intelligence, ensuring merchandising standards are met, and supporting the sales team with accurate documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company's complete product portfolio to assigned customers and report competitor activity.
• Implement planograms and ensure proper product placement.
• Process special order requests and manage invoice collection according to company policy.
• Prepare necessary documents for call cycles and business reviews before market visits.
• Identify and report new customer opportunities to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before processing returns.
• Report unresolved problems or objections to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform inventory checks during visits, covering warehouses and shelves.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer‑facing role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams (STL, SSTL, marketing, accounts) and external clients.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
