Sales Specialist – Account Sales

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Sell to named accounts within a single business group, focusing on standardized products with predefined options.
• Contribute to pricing and conditions, working within predefined contract frameworks while maintaining some latitude to deviate.
• Manage a portfolio of diverse clients across the region, collaborating with technical sales support to close deals.
• Lead a department handling medium‑sized orders and focus on small‑to‑medium territory sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of sales experience).
• Minimum 3 years of account sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to influence, lead small teams, and coordinate multiple projects.
• Effective problem‑identification, analytical and organizational skills.
