Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Dasman Bilingual School is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Finance Manager to join the leadership team in September 2026. Reporting directly to the CEO/Superintendent, the role will act as a strategic advisor, safeguarding the school’s financial integrity and supporting long‑term sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the school’s mission and growth objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow planning.
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Ministry of Education regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Provide financial insights to the leadership team to support decision‑making.
• Stewardship of resources, balancing operational needs with long‑term value creation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in finance management, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop financial policies and drive compliance.
• Commitment to the school’s mission of inclusive, high‑quality bilingual education.
