Senior Manager – IT/OT Security

About the role

The Senior Manager – IT/OT Security will lead the end‑to‑end security posture of KDD’s technology and operational environments, overseeing architecture, operations, OT security, governance and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute KDD’s cybersecurity architecture and multi‑year roadmap across IT and OT environments, establishing security standards and hardening baselines.
• Lead Security Operations, including Managed SOC/MDR services, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and security assessments.
• Strengthen OT security across manufacturing, production and utility environments, driving asset visibility, network segmentation and remediation aligned with ISA/IEC 62443.
• Maintain and enhance information security policies, manage cyber risk, compliance initiatives, third‑party assessments and audit activities.
• Lead and develop the cybersecurity team, provide security posture reporting to senior leadership and manage budgets, vendor relationships and technology investments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or related field.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with leadership of enterprise security functions.
• CISSP or CISM certification.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or OT/ICS environments is highly desirable.
