Senior Manager, Project Controls

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead the planning, estimating, and cost‑control functions across multiple projects in Kuwait. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manpower plans, cost estimates, and Project Management Plans (PMPs).
• Prepare and issue comprehensive monthly project progress reports.
• Manage project scheduling, change management, and risk‑management reviews.
• Oversee corporate and client cost and schedule reporting, and document‑control systems.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop project‑controls specialists and ensure proper training for local staff.
• Audit, review, and improve project‑controls processes, tools, and procedures.
• Support business development by demonstrating cost‑control and scheduling capabilities to clients.

• Commitment to uphold work‑scope integrity and adhere to applicable codes and standards.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and delivering hands‑on training.
