About the role
We are a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS innovator in the GCC, looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead strategic client acquisition and revenue‑operations excellence across Kuwait’s enterprise market. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post‑sale onboarding, driving adoption of our AI‑powered platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end enterprise B2B sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute territory‑specific go‑to‑market strategies across key verticals such as e‑commerce, finance, retail, logistics and telecom.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, qualify high‑intent leads and create customer success stories.
- Set performance benchmarks, maintain accurate forecasting, and foster a data‑driven culture of accountability.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating market intelligence and product feedback into strategic input for leadership.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and ensure real‑time pipeline visibility for executive decision‑making.
Required profile
- 3+ years of proven enterprise B2B SaaS sales success, preferably in GCC or MENA.
- Experience selling to C‑suite, VP and Director‑level stakeholders in complex, multi‑threaded deals.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
- Residency in Kuwait is mandatory.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM (pipeline management, reporting, admin configuration).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot is a plus.
- Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN or MEDDIC.
