Senior Systems & Network Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Systems & Network Administrator to lead the design, deployment, and security of our hybrid IT environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with a proactive mindset to keep our infrastructure reliable and future‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain network and IT infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud platforms.
• Manage Microsoft Azure services, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online, and DNS.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, and network monitoring tools.
• Administer firewalls, security controls, patch management, and system updates.
• Oversee virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), storage, backup, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Support IP telephony/VoIP systems and resolve related technical issues.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation to improve IT operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure and reliable IT services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in systems and network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Passion for learning and applying AI and automation in IT.
