Solution Delivery & Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Delivery & Support Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The role combines application deployment, frontline support and customer training to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line application support, troubleshoot errors and coordinate escalations to development or DevOps teams.
• Deploy, install, configure and validate applications across customer environments, including participation in go‑live and hyper‑care activities.
• Monitor system performance, log incidents and follow up to guarantee timely resolution.
• Maintain support documentation, FAQs and operational runbooks for end‑users and internal teams.
• Contribute to system testing, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support regression and release validation.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops and user manuals, and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery managers, solution architects, developers and QA engineers to align delivery and improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in application support, software delivery or technical consulting.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

• SQL query execution for troubleshooting.
