Sr. Specialist Real Estate & Construction

About the role

The Senior Specialist Real Estate & Construction will manage end‑to‑end site acquisition for Talabat’s dark‑kitchen network, from scouting locations to overseeing fit‑out construction and landlord relations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify high‑potential neighborhoods and validate site viability for new dark‑kitchen facilities.
• Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, brokers and property managers, drafting and finalising Letters of Intent and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance, secure budget approvals and align on equipment sourcing.
• Support construction and facilities teams during fit‑out phases, monitor progress, and resolve site‑specific issues while interpreting architectural layouts and blueprints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail expansion or property acquisition.
• Proven track record of negotiating commercial leases and managing complex property deals.
• Strong organisational ability to handle multiple site acquisitions and build‑outs simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to translate real‑estate concepts for legal, finance and construction stakeholders.
