Stock Associate

About the role

The Stock Associate supports the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle stores by maintaining optimal stock levels, handling deliveries, and keeping the stockroom organized. This role ensures that products are ready for the shop floor and that internal processes are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain shop floor, offices, stock rooms, and other store areas.
• Assemble products according to brand manuals and attach barcodes following company guidelines.
• Inspect incoming stock, report discrepancies or defects, and label damaged items.
• Monitor stockroom inventory, flag items not displayed on the shop floor, and coordinate with visual merchandising.
• Conduct daily floor walks, replenish stock as directed, and support promotional events.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a retail or logistics environment.
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with RFID systems.

Required skills

• Knowledge of RFID technology.
