Stock Associate

About the role

The Stock Associate supports the smooth operation of Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle stores by maintaining appropriate stock levels, receiving deliveries, and keeping the stockroom organized. The role ensures compliance with internal processes and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support set‑up and maintenance of shop floor, offices, stock rooms and other store areas.
• Assemble products according to brand manuals and report any manufacturing defects.
• Attach barcodes to each product following company and brand guidelines.
• Check all stock received from warehouse/stores, report discrepancies and defects to the manager.
• Monitor stockroom, report stock not displayed on the shop floor to visual merchandising and management.
• Perform daily floor walks and replenish stock as directed by visual merchandising and operations.
• Assist with store activities such as promotions, mid‑season and end‑of‑season sales.
• Label damaged stock and place it in the designated area.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of industry experience.
• Excellent to fluent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of RFID systems.
