Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

As a Store Manager you will support day‑to‑day store operations, drive sales, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will act as the deputy for the Store Manager when they are absent, ensuring business continuity and alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to uphold high customer service standards and create memorable experiences.
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and initiate actions to improve results.
• Manage and communicate sales promotions and brand activities to maximise revenue.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, handling any disruptions promptly.
• Implement and maintain compliance with company policies to minimise stock loss and damage.
• Coordinate stock counts with the Excellence and Compliance team according to policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Diploma or High School Certificate; retail‑related qualification is a plus.
• Fluent to excellent English communication skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
