Strategy Value Partner – Hematology

About the role

Roche is seeking a Strategy Value Partner to shape and execute product strategies within the Hematology disease area. You will work closely with therapeutic experts, patient‑journey partners and healthcare system stakeholders to ensure optimal access and adoption of Roche innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Hematology therapeutic area.
• Establish and nurture external partnerships that support the patient journey.
• Lead internal alignment and mobilize resources around patient‑journey needs.
• Drive customer adoption of Roche products through targeted marketing and access initiatives.
• Collaborate with Patient Journey Partners (PJPs), Healthcare System Partners (HSPs) and Enablers to secure timely and equitable access.
• Account for deliverables and outcomes within the therapeutic area.
• Leverage the Pharma International Network and digital solutions for effective customer engagement.
• Design activities that enable optimal reimbursement and maximize product potential.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to drive scientific value and translate knowledge into impact.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, agile environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and ownership.
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and openness to continuous learning.
• Excellent influencing and relationship‑building skills.
